DESCRIPTION
Capacity : up to 7 persons
Very spacy 110 m2 apartment in the Eixample of Barcelona . It’s the ideal solution for various couples, a family with childs or a group of friends. It has 4 BEDROOMS (one with a double bed for a couple, the second with 2 separated singles beds that can be joined together to convert it in a double bed and 2 small bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other one with a single bed and a second bed hidden below to give a total of 2 beds). The apartment is equipped with, AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, Italian coffee maker, toaster…) . It also gives you 2 bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. As extra amenities, the apartment also comes with TV,washing machine, iron, iron table and WIFI - WIRELESS in all the apartment. At beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. All costs are included (water and electricity). The apartment is located on a 3rd floor but you won't have to walk as the building is equipped with a LIFT. We can supply you a cot on request for an extra cost per day.

LOCATION & AREA
Located in the center of Barcelona, that apartment is only at a 10mn from the famous cathedral “SAGRADA FAMILIA” , that cathedral planned at it’s beginning by the catalan archictect “Gaudi” is a must do, from here you can also catch one of the circuit of the TURISTIC BUS. At a 15-20 minutes walking distance you can arrive at the Plaza cataluña – las Ramblas. At more or less the same walking time but in the south direction you are in the heart of the BORN district, famous for its narrow stone streets, here you can find a great variety of restaurants and bars in a pleasant modern, bohemian and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Your are also very well comunicated with the lilac line of metro (nº2) to Plaza Catalunya and the ramblas (only 5mn of subway). The nearest tube station is "Monumental" at a 2mn walk and only 2 stops from the plaza Cataluña.
