What is the minimum stay in the apartments in Barcelona?

The minimum stay in most of our apartments is 3 nights, except around special dates such as Christmas, New Year’s, etc. .. in some cases it is possible to book for only 2 nights. Check availability online through our website.

Are there any additional charges in case of a late arrival?

Do the apartments have free parking?

To confirm your reservation, you will be asked to make a deposit. The amount of the deposit will be shown while you are making your booking. You can pay either directly on the webpage if you are making an online reservation or by sending us your information and credit card number by fax (+34 93 553 54 74 ) or email (info@apartments.com) or by calling us at our office (+34 93 456 16 19). The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in in cash or by credit card (payment method depends on the apartment you have reserved). Do the apartments have free parking? Parking spaces are not included in the rental of the apartment, but there is a car parking area near the apartments. The cost is about 20 to 25 euros per day. For the Córsega and Sant Pau apartments the cost of parking is only 15 euros per day. Throughout the center of Barcelona it is impossible to park a car on the street without paying for parking, except in August when parking is free.

Do I have to leave a deposit for the apartment?

The payment of a deposit (150 euros) is not required for all apartments. For some apartments you just have to sign a contract when you get the keys but for others you can give your personal information and your credit card number (visa) as a deposit. You will find all the information on the information page of each apartment and in the instructions for your arrival that you will receive once your booking is confirmed. How to cancel your reservation? If you cancel a reservation the cancellation fee will vary according to the date you cancel. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of the deposit, cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival: no refund. What are the check-in and check-out times? The apartment is usually available after 2:00 PM. The normal check-out time is 10:00 AM. Some flexibility is possible depending on what time the other guests leave or enter the apartment that day. Check with us on the day of your arrival. How to get the keys of the apartment? The process of handing over the keys is very simple: just call the contact person at the number provided in the booking confirmation when you arrive at the apartment (although 10 minutes before is preferred) and that person will meet you and give you the keys. The address of your apartment is also listed on the booking confirmation you were sent. It is important to tell us in advance about your estimated time of arrival so that we can organize your check-in. Please notify us in case of any delays in order to avoid unnecessary waiting time. Who do I contact if I need help or information during my stay? On your booking confirmation you will find a contact number you can call if you have questions or a problem. For some apartments you will have a receptionist on hand when the check-in office is located in the same building as the apartment being rented (Sant Pau and Valencia apartments). Prices are per person or per apartment? All prices are per apartment per night and based on the number of people (see webpage of the apartment). The number of people occupying the apartment shall not exceed the maximum specified in our website, except for children under 3 years old. What services are included in the price? The price of electricity, gas and water are included in the price of the apartment rental. There are no service charges. We provide bed sheets and towels in all our apartments.
