Occorre soprattutto sottolineare la sua ubicazione in prossimitá della Sagrada Familia e dell’ Hospital di Sant Pau, edificio in stile liberty, entrambi patrimonio dell’Unesco ed entrambi situati in questo quartiere di Barcellona.

This is a lovely high spec very modern apartment. We stayed here with two young children (both under 4) and found the whole experience extremely enjoyable. The apartment seemed to have been recently refurbished to a high standard and the pictures accurately portray what you can expect to find. We arrived late at night and this wasn't a problem as the property is managed by an agency/office just around the corner. Location wise, the apartment sits close to two metro stations. It's also right on the number 92 bus route which can take you either to the beach or Park Gaul. All in all a great find, we would strongly recommend.

The apartment in the Sagrada Familia area is lovely. Just as the photos show, it is modern, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Our family of 3 enjoyed the neighborhood and found it very easy to get around Barcelona. It is well located to the metro stations, and the owner provided maps and local restaurant listings. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

“When I arrived, I got the keys and The apartment is about 15meters from the office you pick the keys up from, we were then shown the apartment all I could think was this is amazing, just brilliant, the pictures do not do it justice, it's way better than I actually expected it's fully equipped everything looked as it had just come out of the shop and been installed amazing!! I was told about all the attractions one of which is right on the door step and the familiar is only a short 10min walk so it's in a great location for some of the sights others a a few stops away by tube food and drink by the apartment is at least 30-40% than by the main attractions sights are easy to get to, there are 3 tubes near all going different places all a short walk I could go on and on about how great my stay was, so I'm not going to! go and see how great it is and if your lucky enough to stay at Frederic's apartment you will not be disappointed!!!! In honesty there are only a few things to say about this apartment 1) hosts were fantastic 2) apartment is brilliant go there if you can 3) one of the best places to stay My advice, learn the underground / tube system as I walked there and got a tube back so easy and you see so much more book more than 7 days you need time to experience the sights but the locals to the apartment are great so helpful and friendly ”

This is an excellent apartment, clean, modern and fully living up to the pictures and description you will see. Frederic and Jean Marie were excellent hosts who were always happy to offer advise on how best to make our stay in Barcelona as enjoyable as possible. The transport links into the centre of Barcelona or the beach (of which there are 7! ) were also very good, we used the metro which was quick, efficient, clean and indeed cheap with the nearest station 5 minutes walk away. If you choose to walk its approximately 30/40 minutes to the city centre and the beach and approximately 10 mins walk from Sagrada Familia. Supermarkets are close with a good one only 10 minutes away by foot. Barcelona in our opinion is a wonderful city and this apartment will not disappoint as long as you are happy to be slightly outside the main tourist districts. Jon & Tina

Great location with easy walking distance to the Sacrada Familia. Apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood with bakeries and supermarkets close by. Very comfortable beds, tastefully done and very functional. Highly recommend

Great place, just like the pictures. Excellent conditions, very clean, with the ability to cook and the dishwasher being a great bonus, especially if you are traveling for work purposes as we were. Excellent, central location. The host Frederic was very professional and helpful whenever necessary. Friendly building neighbors as well. We would totally come back.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We were nervous traveling abroad with an infant for the first time and he helped make the process very easy! He put a cot in the apartment and we used the kitchen, washer and dryer frequently! Great location and very clean- highly recommend!

Was a spacious, modern and clean apartment. Was in a good, local neighbourhood, with good bakery next door and good restaurants and local independant shops very close by. we really enjoyed staying outside of the tourist area and experiencing a residential area. It was easy to travel to the main attraction, and was walkable even in the heat of the summer to Sagrada Familia and back from Parc Guell.

Avons séjourné cinq jours dans cet appartement spacieux, très propre, à la décoration raffinée et d'un grand confort. Avons apprécié la double fenêtre qui isole du bruit de la rue. La cuisine est vaste et fonctionnelle, bien équipée (il serait juste souhaitable d'y ajouter une cafetière électrique). Situé près de la station de métro, on peut relier facilement les différents quartiers de Barcelone et se rendre à pied à la Sagrada Familia et à l'hôpital Sant Pau. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et bien conseillés. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage dans le Corcega 2.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Frederic's apartment in Barcelona. The location is about a 10 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I really recommand staying in this appt. Everything is up to date and enough room to spend the day inside when nessecary. Just be warned that if you want to sit quiet on the balcony, it will not be possible on weekdays for the many motorcycles passing along the street the weekend no problem. The appt is on the steetside very quiet thanks to a perfect isolation glass, a quiet night is guaranteed. One block away you have the blue metroline and in the street around the corner you find busses into the center and also to parc guell. I defenitivly recommand this appartment. The apartment was in a nice and safe location, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the terrace watching the neighborhood come to life. The area seems more "local" than touristy and is active during the day and quiet at night. There are many options for meals nearby. It is near a metro stop and the public transportation in the city is good. We walked to Sagraga Familia.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment, modern eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl. WiFi ohne Probleme, schickes Bad und vor allem alles extrem sauber. Wir haben hier fünf Nächte verbracht und einiges zu Fuss erkundet, aber auch die U-Bahn Haltestellen sind einen Block weiter. Zwei größere Supermärkte und ein Bäcker sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden. So haben wir auch die schöne Küche gut nutzen können. Balkon ist auch frisch renoviert, nur leider war es etwas zu kühl, um ihn zu nutzen. Professionelle Agentur, schneller Mailkontakt und auch auf Sonderwünsche wird prompt eingegangen. Was will man mehr?

EL departamento es como se muestra en las fotos. Muy cómodo para cuatro personas. La atención fue excelente y siempre dispuesto para ayudarte en lo que necesitas. EL barrio es precioso, lleno de bares y supermercados y a pocas cuadras está la Sagrada Familia que es un lugar maravilloso para visitar.

Excelente atencion! Siempre atentos para cualquier ayuda o cualquier cosa que necesitamos a lo largo de nuestra estadia. El apartamento fue espectacular! Tal y como se ve en las fotos, y muy bien ubicado cerca de dos estaciones de metro y una de autobus! Mejor imposible!

Ma soeur et moi avons séjourné dans cet appartement barcelonais durant 5 jours en juin 2011. Il est tout à fait conforme à la description faite sur le site. A notre arrivée, notre logeuse nous a fournit une carte de la ville et nous a donné de nombreuses informations. Spacieux et confortable, l'appartement est très propre et moderne. Il a offert tout ce dont nous avions besoin, notamment l'accès à internet et une machine à laver. Situé dans une rue calme, il est néanmoins proche de toutes commodités, à savoir de deux supermarchés (à 2min à pied), de boulangeries et de maraîchers. De l'appartement on peut également facilement se rendre aux lieux de visite puisqu'il se situe à 10 min à pied de la Sagrada Familia et à 1h à pied des fameuses Ramblas. Tout près de l'appartement, se trouve une bouche de métro et un arrêt de bus, le 92 mènant directement au Parc Guell. Si comme nous marcher ne vous effraie pas, nous vous conseillons vivement de découvrir la ville ainsi. Baladez-vous le long de l'avenue Diagonale jusqu'au Paseig de Gracia ou vous pourrez admirer la Casa Batllo et la Pedrera. Traversez la Plaza Catalunya, contemplez le travail des portraitistes le long des Ramblas et rejoignez le Monument de Colom. Dirigez-vous vers le Port Vell et pourquoi pas, arrêtez-vous au centre commercial Mare Magnum ou à l'Aquarium. Atteignez Barceloneta et dégustez donc quelques tapas dans un des nombreux restaurants qui s'y trouvent. Cet itinéraire vous prendra environs 1h30 mais que de jolies choses à découvrir ! Sinon le métro est très pratique également. Lorsque nous rentrions à l'appartement le soir, épuisées après de longues journées de marche nous étions heureuse de retrouver le calme et le confort de ce spacieux logement. Bref, nous vous conseillons vivement cet appartement ! Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous ... Je recommande cette Location Vacances pour les : Vue remarquable, Escapade entre filles, Touristes sans voiture, Familles avec adolescent

Appartement lumineux, idéalement situé dans Barcelone, d'une très grande propreté et très bien équipé. La décoration est moderne et jolie. Claudia est dévouée et toujours prête à répondre aux questions ! Elle est très organisée, surtout lorsque l'arrivée se fait à un moment où l'agence est fermée. Adresse à retenir.
